Work in our space for up to 25 hours per month. Includes 4 hours of conference room time at one hour increments. Wifi & coffee included. Access to printer & scanner.

Drop in and work for up to 25 hours per month. Check your mailbox, get a few prints, and sip on coffee while you work.

The Stables will pay the first $200 in utilities with the remaining to be split between tenants. Half bay tenants will pay half the utility fee charged to a full bay tenant.

This plan is for those who need conference room space to hold 1/2 day trainings, workshops, or events for up to 14 people. Due to Covid 19, meetings should be limited to 6 people. You do not need to be a tenant of The Stables in order to rent this space.

Our conference room comes prepared with a large monitor for presentations. Connection to this monitor is a simple plug-in process. Feel free to visit our kitchenette for coffee and tea, or to prepare a spread for your guests. We also have a mini fridge stocked with cold drinks.

All reservations include 30 minute set up time before and after 4 hour block. Wifi will also be available to you and your guests.

Our lower level storage room is 1120 SF and is semi-conditioned. This space has direct access to our loading dock and back loading area. The key code will allow you 24 hour access.

Rent additional storage space in our lower level. We have a loading dock and covered space to unload. The space is semi-conditioned.
